Client Challenge
A leading nutrition company sought to facilitate global communication among healthcare professionals about the critical importance of infant nutrition and breastfeeding. Their goal was to help HCPs across developed and developing markets (including India, South America, and South East Asia), to understand the profound positive impact that breastfeeding has on lifelong health outcomes, including immunity, cognitive development, and overall quality of life.
The challenge was creating an engaging educational platform that could reach thousands of professionals worldwide in diverse situations, while enabling meaningful peer-to-peer knowledge exchange and international networking.
Our Approach
Pi Healthcare designed and implemented a multi-year virtual peer-to-peer programme using a custom-built platform that brought together thousands of healthcare professionals for collaborative learning. We partnered with a world leading Centre of Excellence, to develop an educational programme to deliver didactic video lectures and facilitate live seminars centered on leading research.
The hybrid format began with self-service video modules and downloadable resources, allowing HCPs to learn at their own pace, followed by live webinars that encouraged discussion and Q&A sessions on critical topics and FAQs. Our end-to-end operational support included event management, internal compliance, contracting, logistical coordination, and professional recording services.
All educational content was housed on the custom platform for both immediate learning and long-term reference, creating a comprehensive global resource for healthcare professionals.
Key Outcomes
The programme successfully connected thousands of healthcare professionals worldwide, creating valuable opportunities for collaborative learning about infant nutrition and breastfeeding. The platform's combination of expert-led content and interactive discussion fostered meaningful engagement on this critical health topic.
100% of post-event survey respondents indicated they would recommend the programme to their colleagues, demonstrating exceptional satisfaction, and the programme's effectiveness in advancing global understanding of infant nutrition.
