At Pi Healthcare, we are committed to aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in our approach to sustainability. Through this focus, we are currently aligned with 9 out of 17 of the UN SDGs and are always striving to achieve more.
We offer professional services in research, consultancy, and engagement to support our clients in achieving healthcare innovations which enhance global well-being. While Pi Healthcare is a global service provider, we are also dedicated to making a positive impact locally. We continually strive to give back to our community in Ilkley, Leeds (UK), creating positive change and expressing our gratitude to our local town.
Employee Wellbeing
By implementing a hybrid 4-day work week, Pi Healthcare supports a healthy work-life balance, a key factor in achieving great outcomes. We strive to promote employee wellbeing with our mental health policy and encouragement of healthy lifestyles. In 2024, we walked, ran and cycled 3,140km throughout the month of July, not only to support our team inparticipation in physical activity, but also to raise funds for Alzheimer’s UK.
Reducing the length of our work week has the additional benefits of significantly reducing our carbon footprint bydecreasing employee commute time and limiting our office’s power usage to four days per week. We take our environmental impact seriously, for example, over 70% of our workforce use public transportation, cycling, and walking options for their commute to work where possible.

Diversity Management
Our diverse company is dedicated to fostering an inclusive team culture which promotes diversity and equality, constantly taking great strides towards this important goal. In terms of gender equality, over half of our leadership team are female, including our Founder and CEO.
We also strive to give equal chances to younger people entering the workforce by providing internship and work experience opportunities. This enables them to gain experience in their desired profession and the rest of the team to benefit from diverse and refreshing new perspectives.

Partnering with local initiatives
To create a more sustainable future, Pi Healthcare has proudly partnered with various initiatives and charities. As a team, we often fundraise and raise awareness for various charities, both locally and further afield.
Examples include Leeds Hospitals, the MND Association, Mind, Alzheimer’s UK, etc. Additionally, we take great pride in promoting public spaces, as seen from our support of Ilkley’s King's Hall & Winter Garden by sponsoring therefurbishment of one of the theatre's boxes and aiding with funding the construction of the Ilkley Fountain.
In addition to local initiatives, we are continuously building strong partnerships with various organisations internationally, collaborating with one another to promote health equity and reduce healthcare disparities around the world.
